Rename Mojos / Goals for Checks

Make it easier for users to understand, what is compared to what.

Therefore:
check-configuration (was check-latest) checks the configured versions of artifacts with artifacts on the artifact server

check-deployment (was check-deployed) checks the versions of plugins on the application server (Confluence) with artifacts on the artifact server.

Also add text to the output to make it easier to understand what is shown.
