Remove build number and ability to write to POM

The build number has to be stored somewhere and we decided to store it in the POM. This implies, that the POM is changed on every build which we now deem unappropriate. The build information is part of the artifact and not of the source.

Therefore we decided to remove the build number. The revision number recently added leaves the build number obsolete.
