Add buildmetadata.properties to META-INF

It is cumbersome to add all properties manually to the manifest. Therefore it would be easier to add the generated properties file to the META-INF directory and only add those properties relevant for the MANIFEST.MF. As done previously the selection is done by the user defining the manifest section for the jar/war/ear plugins.
