Support for build points

Add support for build points to provide additional build meta data information not only during the initialization, but also at later point during the build process.

This allows to provide information to backend systems at the end of the build.
It also allows to run in specified phases after some scheduled plugins have run.
In addition to the information provided by provider implementations, the mojo provides the time and time difference the build point has been set.
