Add build.username as property

Adding the username makes sense in our environment since this property is set. But maybe this is not true for others. We should check in the plugin if this value (or an arbitray value configured) is set with a non-blank value. If not, we take the system property "user.name" (as is the default with the maven-jar-plugin).
