Add FAQ entry for missing SVN number trouble shooting

If you have a typo in your SCM configuration the SVN information cannot be fetched and this will not issue a warning. Therefore add a section to the FAQ to show the most likely problem if no SVN revision shows up in the report. Mention the property for failing the build in such a case.
