Make simpleindent the default Style

Currently the default style is 'meet'. But this style may not suite the taste of everyone. Defaulting to 'simpleindent' may make more users happy out-of-the-box (according to customer research).

The change breaks the runtime behaviour, since those users who are happy with the meet style will now get 'simpleindent'.
