Create Button for Child Documents

    Description

      To make it easier for users to create new child documents we need to add a Create-from-Template button.

      In the past we decided to not add it in order to not cluttering all documents. Since we can suppress the rendering of a section with only the button in it, this is not a problem anymore.

      So each document should have this additional button in the children section. Placed in a writers only macro.
