Support Wizard Parameters in Doctype Model

We need to have access to the wizard parameters at runtime. In case we need to create a new document via a REST service, we need to have access to the same context the Soy template has.

The mojo is generating the SOY template from the model. Therefore this model must also provide the information to the doctype instance we access on runtime.
