Prevent Recursion Detection on same Document

The Display Table Macro detects a recursion on traversing the same document again. This leads to wrong detections where the document is a row in a transcluded Display Table Macro.

We need to relax the detection so that it is only encountered when the rendered property/section is in a recursion.
