Internal Cache Configuration

The Hazelcast cache fails to use the configured TTL (MAX_LONG), therefore we need to reduce the time to 10 years (another value meaning "do not evict").

Log the current configuration of the projectdoc document cache to the console.

Also update the configuration steps for managed caches to align with standard caches.
