Glossary and Glossary Item

There are two links with similar intent: The glossary lists all terms, the glossary items are used to collect items hierarchically (and also displays all items on the index).

This is confusing, because the user does not know where to add new glossary items. There should be only one glossary. Remove the glossary page and rename the glossary items to glossary.
