Index Key Handling

The index key is currently the first digit or letter of the name (if not explicitly set). To be conform with typical indices, we should collect all non-digits and non-letters as symbols and render them in front of all other index entries.

Since the index key is stored as an artificial property, a refresh with projectdoc is required.
