Sort Names in Name List Macros

Provide a parameter to the name list macros to sort the entered names. This allows users to add names in any order, but get them rendered in a sorted manner.

The default is 'none' since the names should be rendered in the order provided by the user.

The options for sorting are ascending and descending. More sort options may follow if required.
