Element Counter Handling

When using the Element Counter feature with transclusion, the context would be automatically set to 'impersonate' for the Transclusion Macro. This is correct for the use case in mind where the content is transcluded on the same page.

We need to break the semantics here to support more use cases intuitively. Therefore the 'Impersonate' flag needs to be set in case the context needs to be set to the transcluding document.
