Redesign System Doctypes

Remove information-system, add system-type and model it-systems as only representation of systems (maybe there are other types, too: intern/extern, hw/sw/virtual). Tools will only show best practices and other information about the tool itself (e.g. homepage, download URL), but not about the installation or the configuration. This is part of the it-system information which models hardware-, software-, and virtual systems.

access-information will usually fetch the URI information from the parent, which is an information system. A subsystem usually also fetches the URI from the parent (maybe adding information as a path).

Enviroments are the last part of the mix here. We may consider to add environment-types that model types like test, integration-test, uat, production, etc. And environments are then instances of those types.
