Minor Description
The Code Block Placeholder Macro uses the Codeblock Macro provided by Confluence. Since the API of the Confluence macro has changed, we need to adjust the API of our macro, too.
We will continue to support a fixed list of languages, though. This may change in a future version of the macro.
Basically the names of the parameters changed and the Theme Parameter is no longer supported.
