Redesign Documentation Dashboard

No longer use a label to tag pages that show certain boxes, but use a key within Lucene. Make the search this way for the dashboard.

Not all boxes should add this key to Lucene, probably only fault, feedback, and pending. Maybe we should rename those boxes to authoring-boxes (or something similar) to make their intent clear.
