Links in Index Space

Adjust links in the Index Space so that the types reference the documentation of the doctypes they are types for (reorganize the green box for this).

Also adjust the space blueprint accordingly.

Also check, if we could add some additional information on the home page of the index space.

The document instances of type require to set the spaces to "@all" to list all instances of all spaces.
