Render Transclusion Box only on Write Permission

The reader has no additional information if the transclusion box is rendered. But the author may jump to the original source quickly.

Therefore render the box on default and only if the user has a write permission (what if we transclude a transcluded content? - should be calculated at view time).

Allow to select per space if the box is always shown if selected - or not.
