Nexus Macro: Link Artifact

Create a link to a single artifact based on PDAC-71.

Allow to specify the artifact to link to as either XML dependency snippet (as taken from the POM). The root element should be irrelevant. If the first non-whitespace char is a "<", we parse it as XML.

The artifact may also be specified via GAV parameters, separated by '.'.
