Display Table should allow to be rendered as a Definition List

Definition Lists are more compact and easier to read. But adding columns may be a dynamic process. Therefore it is very inconvenient to translate a table to a list macro and back again.

Therefore add a checkbox that allows to render a two column table as a definition list. If more than two columns are selected, the rendering will switch automatically to the table representation.

Make it analogous to the display option of the document properties marker table.
