Prevent Preview of Tour Macro if there are Macros inside

The body passed to the Tour Macro is not prerendered, but contains images for macros. This makes it impossible to derive the URL information.

Therefore: If the parsing of the document fails (which is the case for the HTML image tag) then check if we are in preview mode. If so, renderer an informative text instead of an error.
