Switch Table Representations for Display Table Macro easily

It should be easy to switch between transclusion, linking and no-rendering easily.

This may be via parameter, space and user space property.

If content is transcluded, switching to linking will only render properties and no sections. Switching to no-rendering may be useful for support rendering of PDF and similar formats with child pages.
