Access Space Properties with External Link Macro

The External Link Macro allows to specify keys that are looked up in the resource bundle. This is convenient for template authors to provide localized information.

But there are use cases where e.g. the URL is provided by a space property. In this case the key should be resolved with the space properties (first) and then the lookup with the resource bundle.
