Option for Site Macro to suppress Path Generation

The Site Macro assumes that the site-url points to the server root and constructs a g/a/v-path. On import of a POM the site-url usually points to the root within the version directory.

Add a property to control whether or not the g/a/v-path should be constructed. To be backward compatible, assume to construct the path on default.
