Extracted Short Description rendered as Plain Text

The short description, if extracted - i.e. rendered in front of the properties table, is rendered as plain text. This has been an optimization, since short descriptions must only contain plain text.

Now we want to allow to add macros, too. This is also necessary due to PDAC-486.
