Scroll Office Boxes Support for Name List Macro

The Name List Macro allows to render Boxes styled by CSS. Unfortunately the boxes do not render with Scroll Office since the structure we render does not match that of the status macro.

We need to follow the structure of the status macro to be rendered in the generated Word document.
