Set Override to false for all Templates

The default for the Document Properties Marker Macro is to override space settings. This is necessary so that users that change the settings do not wonder why they are not enforced.

But typically each document should not override the space settings to not prevent to change the rendering of all documents later.

The change may be problematic for sites where users expect that every page overrides the defaults. The default for the template (not the macro) is now the opposite.
