Add default Contact Information to Doctypes Stakeholder and Organization

We want to allow to specify the default contact information to use for Stakeholder and Organizations. This is a free format field to usually reference another property in the same document. It may also reference a link to a person (especially in the case of organizations). And text may also be added (such as "in office on Mondays only").
