Blocker Description
A new stakeholder document lacks the doctype. Since version 4.2 of the projectdoc Toolbox is should be provided by the Macro Parameter Doctype.
It is not provided as Macro Parameter and it is not provided as a Document Property. Without the doctype information, the document is not usable since every projectdoc document requires a specified doctype.
