Support Reports with Roles

Add properties to specify subscribed reports and communicated reports for roles as is already supported for stakeholders. This allows to configure report subscription / publishing in roles and assign these roles to stakeholders.

The stakeholder still allows to specify these reports, albeit by different property names, The old report properties now sum up the reports from these two sources.
