Major Description
To make it easier for users to create documents of type 'Person' we need to allow to specify the given and family name of the person separately and automatically create the name of the document by this information.
Otherwise users will specify the full name as the name of the document and then have to add the given and family name later in the document.
So this would reduce the amount of work on creating a document instance of type Person.
