Allow plain System Identifier as Space Property Name

All information system macros check for the property named url-<system-id>, but not for <system-id> without the url-prefix.

To make it easier for users to fiddle out the name, check url-<system-id>, then url-<system-id>, and continue then as normal with shortcuts and application links.
