Renders a quote to an external resource with author and source.
Description
Important information from a resource calls for a quote. To quote from a Resource, use the Quote Macro, but if the information is not part of your wiki, this macro will render the quotation.

Properties
The macro provides the following properties:
Author
The name of the author of the quote.
Author URI
The URI to find more information about the author on the internet. If provided, the author's name will be rendered as a hyperlink.
You may use information on Wikipedia or the author's bio on her blog or website.
Source
The name of the source the quote is taken from.
Source URI
The URI to the source on the internet. If specified, the name of the source will be rendered as a link.
Source Date
The date the quote - as part of the source - has been published.
Source Page
The page(s) within the source where the quote is found.
Render Anonymous
Checkbox to render an unknown author as anonymous.
If unchecked, an unknown author will not be rendered. Useful if only the source is relevant to the quote (like Wikipedia).
Quote Type
The quote type determines the HTML class the blockquote element is rendered with.

mediaref | A reference a video, image, or similar. |

Know Date
The date when the quote has been found by the quoter.

Notes
A short note to the instance in time when the quote has been found.
This information will not be rendered in the page. Use it to remember the context for your own reference.
Original Quote
The original wording of the quote (e.g. in the authors language).
This information will not be rendered in the page. It is useful, if you want a reference to the original quote in case you have translated it by yourself.
