Main Doctypes

Impact Map: Publish impacts you want to achieve. Share this information with your colleagues.

How: Describe how the impact will be pursued.
What: Describe the (high-level) deliverables (aka outcomes and outputs) required to achieve the impact.
Who: Describe who is involved in the impact. List the stakeholders that will support the impact. There may be stakeholders who will work against it. Also specify the stakeholders taking advantage or taking disadvantage even if they do not have power to influence the outcome.
Why: Describe why this impact is useful for your business. State the problem to be solved.

Objectives and Key Results: Use OKRs to define your objectives and focus on your key results.
Lean: State assumptions and hypotheses to run your experiments. Document your output and plan for outcome and impact.
Doctypes for Risk Management: Provides doctypes for documenting and tracking risks.
Doctypes for Service Management: Provides doctypes to document services and systems for IT service management (ITSM).
