Use the how type to define types of hows.

Describe the (high-level) deliverables (aka output) required to achieve the impact.
Subordinate How
In case you need to organise hows in a hierarchy then add additional hows as children to this how. Subordinate hows will then be automatically listed.
Typically this hierarchy is not relevant to keep maps simple.
